Delicious food and even better service. Came in tonight and was served by an awesome guy from Venezuela. He was so fun and lovely to order from, made the place fun and didn’t make fun of our terrible Spanish. Came from Australia and recommend others coming over from there give this a visit

Easily one of the best places we have been eating in Madrid. At their price-point, quality and quantity is hard to match, and the overall design of the place is funky, colorful, welcoming, surprisingly cozy and not smelling of fried oil. I tend to avoid absolutes, but my half-mexican girlfriend is convinced they make the best hamburger in the city. So yeah, a great place.

Excellent burgers, great quality product. Service is quick and easy. Can't really ask for more. I recommend this place so everyone can experience Venezuelan street food as good as back home. Burgers are huge and there's plenty of toppings and sauces to choose from. Ambiance is also cool in a basement but we'll decorated, with music and cool graffiti.

American friendly, the menu was in English and Spanish. They greeted us when we walked in and was very helpful.

Loved the New York theme and urban atmosphere throughout the place. They were able to translate English for tourists like myself. I got an avocado burger. Ask for it well done if you want it that way. 10/5 stars. Muy delicioso!
